Our lead teachers hold an Associate’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field and bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the classroom. Every team member meets state licensing requirements and continuously participates in professional development to stay up to date with the latest teaching methods and best practices in early learning.

Education and Experience

• Lead teachers hold an Associate’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field or a Child Development Associates (CDA) or in the process of furthering education
• A minimum of three years of experience working in a preschool or childcare setting
• Assistant teachers must hold a high school diploma and have experience working with young children

Training and Certifications

• Certified in CPR and First Aid to ensure safety at all times
• Child Abuse Prevention training to protect the well-being of every child
• Communicable Disease Training to maintain a healthy learning environment
• Completion of a comprehensive background check including FBI and BCI fingerprinting

Ongoing Professional Development

• Continuous training and coursework to enhance teaching skills and early childhood best practices
• Regular participation in state-approved workshops and learning opportunities
